I wonder if there were any delta-pylons or H-frame-structures where the mast is brought together again above the crossbar like this one.

There is a transmission line in Belgium where is a delta on a three level tower with a single tip.
I can't find it now...

The Belgium pylon looks if the top was added somewhat later after the construction of the tower itself.

There had been some deltas in Saxony for 30-50 kV, but as far I know all of them were removed years ago.

I also found a short line consisting of these towers.
For some reason they dont have a full tip but im sure they used to have these.
These were demolished in 2016/2017

Zo as het inderdaad, er was geen ruimte voor extra masten, dus moesten de bestaande masten maar verhoogd worden en een extra draadstel krijgen.
